Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-2030 sustainability roadmaps aligned with Paris Agreement goals
- Lead cross-functional ESG task forces to achieve carbon neutrality certification
- Develop circular economy models for product lifecycle management
- Conduct materiality assessments to identify high-impact sustainability initiatives
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent sustainability reporting frameworks
- Integrate AI-powered sustainability analytics into decision-making processes
- Manage $5M+ sustainability innovation portfolio
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate sustainability with proven net-zero implementation
- Expertise in GRI/SASB reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Experience developing circular economy strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in sustainability software (Sapient, Persefoni, Watershed)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and change management
- Certification in ESG/Sustainability (e.g., GARP, CFA ESG)
