Responsibilities

- Secure ESG certifications (SBTi, GRI) while exceeding industry benchmarks
- Drive employee engagement through sustainability ambassador programs
- Present innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders for resource allocation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 7+ years in corporate sustainability with circular economy experience
- Proven track record scaling ESG initiatives from concept to implementation
- Expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Advanced data literacy with carbon accounting platforms (Persefoni, Watershed)
- Strong stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and regulators
- Certifications in LEED, SFP, or similar sustainability credentials preferred
