Responsibilities
- Design and implement the 2026 Net-Zero Transition Strategy across 15 global manufacturing sites
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing carbon accounting frameworks and ESG reporting protocols
- Conduct advanced climate risk assessments and opportunity analysis using AI-powered predictive models
- Establish strategic partnerships with cleantech startups and research institutions
- Present sustainability roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation in circular supply chain design and waste valorization systems
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts and develop department KPIs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing corporate sustainability strategies with measurable impact
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis, LCA methodologies, and GRI reporting standards
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enablon) and data visualization tools
- Experience with climate scenario modeling (e.g., REMI, IMACLIM)
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and regulatory bodies
- LEED AP or similar sustainability certification preferred
- Fluency in sustainability frameworks (SDGs, TCFD, SASB)
