- Identify emerging trends and market gaps to inform future product development
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
