Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth macro-environmental scanning to identify disruptive trends relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Develop and maintain scenario planning models to assess potential future market states.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align long-term vision with short-term execution.
- Publish quarterly foresight reports and present findings to the board of directors.
- Monitor competitor strategies and technological advancements to anticipate industry shifts.
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities within the global landscape.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Python/R) and statistical modeling.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable strategies.
- Proven track record of working with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
