Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable improvements to site architecture and speed.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements and ensure semantic relevance.
- Lead link-building campaigns and manage outreach efforts to build high-authority backlinks.
- Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements to adjust strategies proactively.
- Report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for on-page optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
