- Logistics Management: Oversee the planning and execution of transportation, accommodation, and spectator flow for millions of attendees.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure rapid response during high-pressure scenarios.
- Team Leadership: Mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, event coordinators, and volunteers to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale public events, infrastructure development, or government contracting.
- Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Language: Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and adapt to shifting priorities.
