Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and socio-economic factors to identify opportunities and threats for 2026 and beyond.
- Develop and maintain a robust strategic foresight framework, including scenario planning and horizon scanning.
- Lead the creation of strategic reports and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps.
- Build and manage a network of external experts, thought leaders, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at key industry events and contribute to thought leadership content.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Business, Economics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, foresight, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic foresight methodologies in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in the technology, innovation, or a rapidly changing industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in foresight tools and methodologies, such as scenario planning, Delphi method, and trend analysis.
