- Develop quantitative foresight models incorporating geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Present trend forecasts to executive boards and industry conferences
- Lead innovation labs testing futuristic business models and workforce paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend reports or academic papers on emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong quantitative skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising C-suite on digital transformation and disruption
