Responsibilities

- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex futures into compelling stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from futures work (e.g., product launches, policy changes)
