Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 foresight scenarios using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D roadmaps and product innovation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for strategic decision-making
- Oversee implementation of innovation incubators focused on 2026 technology readiness
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global futurism forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
