Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap for the company.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI, Quantum Computing, and Symbiotic Human-Machine interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic technologies into current product lines.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Identify emerging market trends and assess their impact on our long-term business strategy.
- Oversee the technical feasibility of ambitious projects aimed at the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical solutions in high-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Mechanics principles.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
