As a key member of our design department, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic motion. You will work closely with our art directors and product teams to produce high-fidelity 2D assets for web, social media, and broadcast.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D animations, motion graphics, and transitions.
- Design and animate vector assets using Adobe Illustrator and After Effects.
- Optimize animation sequences for web performance (SVG, Canvas, and HTML5/CSS3).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative vision aligns with product goals.
- Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual style guide across all motion assets.
- Storyboard complex scenes and provide technical feedback on animation timelines.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, easing, squash and stretch).
- Experience coding or animating via code (JavaScript, GSAP, GreenSock) is a major plus.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of timing, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
