Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-fidelity 2D animations and micro-interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, performant code.
- Optimize animation sequences to ensure 60fps performance across all devices and network conditions.
- Conduct user research to validate motion design decisions and enhance user engagement.
- Create reusable design systems and libraries for animation components.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in 2D motion design, web animation, or interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe After Effects, and prototyping tools.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and GSAP or similar animation libraries.
- Experience with SVG manipulation and canvas-based rendering.
- Ability to communicate complex design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
