In this role, you will collaborate with directors, writers, and artists to craft visually stunning sequences that captivate audiences. You will work in a fast-paced, creative environment where your expertise in 2D animation will directly impact the quality of our productions.
Responsibilities
- Create High-Quality Animation: Produce fluid, engaging 2D animations for various mediums, including web, mobile, and broadcast.
- Collaborate on Storytelling: Work closely with the creative team to understand the narrative arc and translate scripts into compelling visual sequences.
- Motion Graphics: Design and implement dynamic motion graphics, title sequences, and visual effects that enhance the storytelling.
- Technical Mastery: Utilize industry-standard software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create assets and animations efficiently.
- Feedback & Iteration: Receive constructive feedback from directors and art directors, and iterate on designs to meet project goals.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage project files, ensuring clean workflows and efficient rendering pipelines.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing character animation, environmental design, or motion graphics.
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TVPaint, Toon Boom Harmony, or other 2D animation software is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
