Responsibilities
- Conceptualize & Execute: Create high-fidelity 2D animations and motion graphics from concept to final delivery, ensuring fluid timing and aesthetic appeal.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with art directors and clients to refine visual concepts and deliver presentations that wow stakeholders.
- Asset Management: Develop and maintain a library of reusable assets, ensuring scalability and consistency across all digital platforms.
- Technical Mastery: Optimize animations for various formats, including web, mobile, and broadcast, without compromising quality.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers and animators, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related design fields.
- Software Proficiency: Expert level in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Portfolio: A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of motion principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative decisions.
