Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for web, mobile, and video campaigns.
- Design and animate character rigs, backgrounds, and visual effects using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to translate concepts into dynamic visual narratives.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms, ensuring seamless playback and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging animation trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation, typography, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Experience with animation software such as Blender or Toon Boom Harmony is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and weight in animation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
