Responsibilities
- Design and animate high-quality 2D motion graphics and character animations for web, mobile, and video campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to interpret briefs and translate concepts into fluid, engaging motion.
- Rig and animate characters within the Adobe ecosystem, ensuring natural movement and expression.
- Manage the entire animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concept art to final rendering and export.
- Optimize animated assets for various screen sizes and performance specifications.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior animators and contribute to the continuous improvement of our animation standards.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Proven portfolio showcasing strong understanding of timing, weight, and physics in animation.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with rigging tools (e.g., Duik or manual rigging) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of vector art principles and clean line work.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
