- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable, detailed execution plans for engineering, product, and marketing teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to C-level executives and board members, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
- Innovation Management: Spearhead pilot programs and R&D initiatives that test the viability of future technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Crisis Forecasting: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in the roadmap and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think critically about the future and develop scalable strategies that drive growth.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Cloud) and how they may evolve by 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
