Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and fully stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs to be reordered.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in accordance with company safety standards.
- Assist with special events, promotions, and seasonal floor setups as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work scheduled hours.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and change.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and move around the sales floor.
