Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is visually appealing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and gift cards according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the backroom.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the location.
- Basic computer literacy.
