Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing an exceptional first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and answering questions to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle returns.
- Restock merchandise, fold and organize displays, and maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Cross-train with other team members to cover shifts and ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on building rapport.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
