Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience at all times.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shifts.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets and store goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management of stock shortages.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
