Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures

- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure patents for quantum computing innovations with commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to work with complex mathematical models
- Passion for solving existential computational challenges
