Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal output and quality
- Perform quality control checks using measurement tools and visual inspection
- Assemble components according to technical specifications and blueprints
- Maintain clean and organized work area following 5S methodology
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills (calipers, gauges)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Willingness to complete on-the-job training for certifications
