Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities under nursing supervision
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Perform ECGs and collect lab specimens
- Maintain clean patient environments and equipment
- Document patient care accurately in electronic records
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and needs
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BLS/CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
