Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, mobility, and nutrition
- Respond to patient call lights and provide timely assistance
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, organized patient care areas and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in emergency response protocols when needed
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification required
