Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of inventory.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve daily operational challenges.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
