Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Keep sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Answer phone inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate department.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
