Responsibilities
- Deliver Superior Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Merchandising: Support product displays, stock shelves, and ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Opening/Closing Duties: Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
