- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register operations.
- Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and conduct regular stock counts to ensure product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and fellow team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic Math: Comfort with basic math and handling cash transactions.
