Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, handling cash and digital payments with precision.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding store hours and product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and promotional goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
