Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability and visual appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and processing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking items and removing damaged goods.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have flexibility for evening shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
