Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock shelves and displays with new merchandise, ensuring the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about inventory and store policies.
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free sales floor to uphold our brand standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to organize promotions and sales events on weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise (up to 20 lbs).
