Responsibilities
- Manage incoming weekend support tickets and resolve customer inquiries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate with the core operations team to ensure seamless handovers between shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and performance metrics.
- Assist in inventory management and quality control checks during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction rates on weekends.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements for weekend workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Weekend Shifts).
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
