Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors and clients during weekend hours.
- Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to resolve operational issues and improve workflows.
- Manage incoming inquiries via email or phone during business hours.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a consistent basis.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Reliable transportation is required.
