Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and backroom organization.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) without conflict.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
