Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional, welcoming demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing store layout.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
