About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our brand during our peak weekend hours. You will ensure our store is organized, stocked, and welcoming to every customer who walks through the door.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an appealing store layout.
- Process transactions accurately at the register.
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
