As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our local community. If you are available on Saturdays and Sundays and ready to jump in, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome every shopper with a friendly smile and offer assistance with finding products.
- Stocking & Merchandising: Keep shelves organized, rotate stock, and ensure the sales floor looks its best.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues professionally.
- Register Operations: Accurately ring up sales, handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the weekend shifts.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow employees and supervisors.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for your shifts.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light items (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability: Open to flexible scheduling during peak weekend hours.
