Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet all visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding inventory.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Restock shelves and organize displays to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash handling and basic accounting duties with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures quickly.
- No prior retail experience necessary; training is provided.
