Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock with precision and speed.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and pack customer orders accurately to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Stock Organization: Maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring products are shelved correctly and labeled for easy retrieval.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and hand trucks as required by training.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of inventory to prevent discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical organization.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team leads and fellow employees.
- Valid ID: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
