Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain store displays to ensure products are organized and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including cash and credit card payments.
- Assist in inventory management and perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
