Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night/weekend crew during peak operational hours
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize storage efficiency
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse procedures
- Generate shift performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish bilingual preferred
