Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming/outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shift production targets
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Communicate inventory discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM or Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to DC facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Strong teamwork communication skills
- Availability for immediate start (within 72 hours of hire)
