Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person clinical teams during overnight shifts (11PM-7AM) and weekends
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA/JCAHO standards and emergency protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfer logistics
- Manage staff scheduling and performance optimization
- Investigate and resolve patient care escalations within 15 minutes
- Conduct daily safety audits and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic health records documentation
Qualifications
- CA RN license or equivalent healthcare certification
- 3+ years supervisory experience in 24/7 healthcare environments
- BLS/ACLS certification with current renewal dates
- Advanced proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Exceptional crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
- Valid California driver's license
