Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person night/weekend team ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and equipment maintenance
- Conduct shift handovers with day shift managers for operational continuity
- Train staff on SOPs, safety compliance, and warehouse technology systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Maintain accurate shift reports and performance metrics documentation
- Foster positive team culture through recognition and constructive feedback
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years supervisory experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or retail
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) and occasional holidays
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong conflict resolution and time management skills
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Tennessee driver's license with clean record (required for facility tours)
