Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM) and weekend rotations
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Support patient education and family communication
Qualifications
- Current CNA, LVN, or RN license in California
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and weekends
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong documentation skills with EMR proficiency
- Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
