Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight and weekend shifts with precision and empathy
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in EMR systems
- Coordinate with on-call physicians for urgent patient needs
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician protocols
- Support patient education on self-care practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless care transitions
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (AHA accredited)
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid Arizona driver's license for mobile care units
