Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during night and weekend shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and inventory accuracy
- Supplement staff performance, provide real-time feedback, and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations during off-peak hours
- Manage inventory reconciliation using RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Document shift activities, prepare incident reports, and communicate critical updates to day management
- Train new temporary staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Maintain equipment functionality and initiate maintenance requests for operational machinery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or shift-based operations
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Availability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) and night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
